A little explanation!..... My daughter Amy had an angel costume when she was three. She told me that angels also needed wands to make Christmas wishes come true. You can't argue with that! So when I made this little angel costume for our Boo mouse she had to have a wand too. The yarn and instructions for the wand are included in the kit as an optional extra :)
